Foodie Files: Prosciutto-Wrapped Stuffed Chicken Breasts

So, fact about me: I love to cook! Lucky for me, I was gifted Chrissy Teigen's new cookbook, Cravings, this past Christmas. It is seriously everything and I have yet to mess up any of the recipes...knock on wood.

Baked chicken breast can be pretty meh in my book, so anytime I see a recipe with a little extra kick to it, I'm in. And, this one did not disappoint: the chicken is stuffed with cream cheese, goat cheese, garlic, and herbs. How irresistible is that?!

I'm kinda funny about food pics, so don't judge me too badly. I'm trying to post more of my cooking under "foodies files." More to come!
