Foodie Files: Breakfast with a Turkish Twist

If you've been keeping up or know me personally, it's no secret that I love to cook and try new recipes. I first tried a poğaça—a soft, buttery breakfast roll served in Turkey—during an office appreciation breakfast a few months ago. From that day, I knew I had to try to recreate. One of the best parts is that they are often stuffed with feta or goat cheese, herbs, and olives (that's what I stuffed mine with!).

I don't think they turned out too bad on my first try, hence my willingness to post the results. Here is the recipe I used.
