Foodie Files: French Macarons Filled With Chocolate Ganache

Behold, my masterpiece! I finally perfected macarons after three disastrous tries. Let me tell you, if this batch below hadn't worked out, I would have never tried again. I would have just accepted that baking macarons was not my forte. I know that signals defeat, but seriously this is the most finicky thing I've ever made in my life. But, the results were worth it. I served these babies at my mom's birthday party.
